Hans have been around for as long as I can remember. As a child I'd always look forward to getting my birthday cake from there, though that tradition did stop after awhile. I had the opportunity to takeaway Spaghetti from Han's, and the ambience has never really changed for the past 15 years. In fact, there is only a slight tweak in the machinery but the atmosphere, the maroon tiles and so forth still remained the same.They also employ people who are usually older, but now I see less Singaporean

The chicken sausage was absolutely delicious, though I felt it was too little (come mon' its just ONE SAUSAGE?!) and teh pasta was really too small in portion. It felt like kids' meal and i still felt really hungry after eating it. the sauce was chewy and i believe the ketchup was homemade tomato! Or was it even ketchup? Anyway, I wasn't too pleased with the longer waiting time but the food is indeed delicious even after I went home . I just hope they would increase their portion though!
