The design and layout of Caramel Cafe located at Shaw Towers is really cute and unique. It makes one feel really cosy and at ease. The colourful chairs and tables, and the olden toys sold at Caramel Cafe brings one back to another time. We went there for dinner and I ordered the Grilled bratwurst sausage spaghetti in Arabiata sauce. It costs $11.50 for the small portion and $13.50 for the larger portion. The taste of the pasta was average, nothing fantastic.
