Carrot cake is one of Singaporean's delight. The one from this stall is also one of the favorites. It is very well fried with lots of egg and pickled radish. I like it to be slightly burnt to bring out the fragrance of the egg. This stall is quite popular and can have a queue especially during dinner time. The small packet costs only $2, which is rarely seen nowadays.
