I have read the review in Lianhe Zaobao and know the cartilage soup is the signature dish of Old Hong Kong Kitchen. Finally I found a time to try the cartilage soup steamboat today. It is really a quality food. Price is also very very low, compared with the price. I did try the one selling in Hua Ting Chinese Restaurant.
