This bakery has many varieties of buns, bread and cake. One of the unusual bread is charcoal bread . This uses bamboo charcoal to make this loaf of bread. Bamboo charcoal is supposed to absorb toxin and help remove waste from our body. It does not look very nice as it almost black in colour, more like grey. The texture is very soft and slightly sweetish. It is not available everyday and has limited loaves. It seems to sell out very quickly. Do try their many filling of buns. I love their Spicy

Do try their many filling of buns. I love their Spicy Ikan Bilies bun, Prawn floss bun and curry bun. The buns are soft and you have many filling to choose from. They are all less than $2 each.張貼
