I attended an event and the organizer gave the participant a mini chocolate log cake. The cake was fully decorated with the Christmas mini decoration eg the Christmas tree, santas claus and the deer. It was a well decorated mini log cake. When the cake was cut, it was a chocolate swiss roll cake. The chocolate was dry and the cake was not moisture. Given a price of $5 for the mini log cake, it was reasonable. The cake did not meet the expectation.

This bakery has many varieties of buns, bread and cake. One of the unusual bread is charcoal bread . This uses bamboo charcoal to make this loaf of bread. Bamboo charcoal is supposed to absorb toxin and help remove waste from our body. It does not look very nice as it almost black in colour, more like grey. The texture is very soft and slightly sweetish. It is not available everyday and has limited loaves. It seems to sell out very quickly. Do try their many filling of buns. I love their Spicy
