Ah Mei Cafe is an open concept dining cafe located in shopping malls around singapore. The outlet at AMK HUB is located in the middle of a link way, near Starhub and Artbox.After a tiring day at the gym, my friend and i decided to dine at Ah Mei Cafe and we ordered the Chicken Briyani! You can choose to have the fried chicken or curry chicken for the briyani, and i choose the later. The curry is absolutely delicious, and it had just the right amount of spice- not too spicy nor too bland for me! The curry is also very fragrant and thick, and the chicken was stewed to soft, delicious perfection. The rice however, was a little hard, but i guess it's because its not the white rice i am used to.
