Here at Soon Heng has one of the best chinese rojak at Toa Payoh area. The you tiao is quite fluffy inside and is really crispy on the outer surface, which all thanks to the stall owner has put in more effort in microwave it before use. Thick sliced of pineapples, white carrot, kang kong, cucumbers, lemon grass and mango can also be found in their rojak. The dark black sauce used for the tossing is thick and not too sweet, which really make this snack taste really delicious.
