Was craving for ice cream and went to Upper Thomson to look for one. Udders is crowded as usual and happened to see Neli's Ice Cream. It is a travel themed ice cream cafe and it is quite cute, as Singapore doesnt have much themed cafes.Was happy that they have earl grey and happier when I saw chrysanthemum sorbet as not many ice cream places do this. It was not a weird combi, it tasted good even though there is chocolate sauce drizzled on it. Best part of this cafe is there is a very clean toile
