Really thankful for my good friend to have bought a 18 cm long whole cheese cake to our monthly friend's gathering at my house. At $45 per whole cake, it can be shared among eight to ten adults. Really enjoy the thick fragrant cream cheese used it this dessert which is really smooth in texture and make me want to crave for more. The cake base is filled with very crunchy cookie crumbs that really blend in well with the yummy cream cheese cake. The added crushed cookies topped on the cake added that extra crunchiness to this cake as well. Yummy!
