The crayfish here is really big and fresh, which are cooked at the right texture. The ramen is handmade and you can taste that every strips of it are very chewy and smooth. The soup base is very sweet and thick, which the milk added to it has make this soup quite creamy and with the slight sweetness from the milk as well.
