Cover all over with thick spicy black pepper sauce... The meat is tender, crunchy & juicy... Sauce is rather strong & spicy but still worth trying.
Hot-Boiled Winter Melon Soup with Pork Ribs taste rather normal... Nothing special...
Really worth my thumbs-up... cos their roasted duck is REALLY AWESOME....
