Recently the restaurant has updated its menu. As the shopping mall was going a upgrading change and a number of restaurants had since closed to make way for the change, we were left with limited dining choices. We decided to dine in here, since the queue was not too long. Do remember to help yourself to the iced water at the entrance. The rosti was soft and moist, but I would prefer it to come with crispy and slighty edge.
Traditional french casserole containing slow-cooked pork belly, duck confit, homemade sausage and beans.
The dish was served in a mini claypot. It looked like a baked dish, filled with assorted meats and baked beans. The dish was very filling, so did not look down on its small size. The soup was tasty, but a bit sandy with bits of broken shells around. It was a bit troublesome having bits of dirts in the mouth in having this dish.
Overall the food was much better than before as it was not salty as before. It was difficult to get the attention of the staffs. By the way we experienced blackout which lasted more than 10 minutes while eating, yet the staffs acted like nothing.
