Brought a plate of the duck hor fun from the famous duck stall Yu Kee. I had been patronising this stall for quite a few times and I can say that the quality of the duck meat is still very consistent. This is the same for this time round. The duck meat is well braised, has a very tender texture. As for the hor fun, I think that it is a little dry.
