Was glad to know Da Zhong Guo is here in Takashimaya and I need not to go all the way to Chinatown instead. I like a few of their biscuits which are old school and traditional and the taste still remain which is important. I spotted one of my favourite which was the egg white cookies, the texture as though of half cake and half bread, simple yet fulfilling. They omitted the usual over powdered flour on the cookie which was good. I took 3 pieces at one go when I came home, just can't resist! Per
