Recently when I went to Takashimaya, I was pleasantly surprised that Da Zhong Kok opened a branch there. What they sell at Takashimaya is the same as what is sold in the Chinatown main branch, just that there are lesser varieties. Was glad to know Da Zhong Guo is here in Takashimaya and I need not to go all the way to Chinatown instead. I like a few of their biscuits which are old school and traditional and the taste still remain which is important. I spotted one of my favourite which was the egg white cookies, the texture as though of half cake and half bread, simple yet fulfilling.
