One of my favourite places for tea since young. It is located in Goodwood Park Hotel and offers one of the best English Afternoon Tea Buffet($45++/pax) in Singapore. There is a good spread of sandwiches, salads, savouries, pastries, desserts, chocolate fountain and English scones. The place is quite cosy and relaxing. Time flies quite fast here. Please note one is limited to 2 drinks. Besides hot tea and coffee, there is also quite a list of cold drinks.
