Ma Maison is an unique Japanese and french fusion restaurant, featuring popular french cuisine such escargot, paella and many others.For those who don't know yet, Escargot is an interesting dish of cooked land snails, served as an appetizer in most French restaurants.The escargot served here are clean (no pesky bits of sand!) and tender. It was also quite fragrant having being cooked with herbs and butter. However, i felt that the escargot lacked some flavor. It could do with more salt!
