This restaurant is always crowded, but I am very impressed by how fast they serve the food. We had the XiMenDing Spring Roll ($3.5/piece) as appetizer. The sauce that coats the filling is slightly spicy, but with all the vegetables inside the spring roll, it atually tastes Ok. We each ordered a fried rice. Taiwan-style Grilled Fish Roe Fried Rice ($10) is not really my favourite. The fried rice itself tastes pretty plain, unless you bite on the fish roe, which has more flavours. Radish Fried Ric

Radish Fried Rice ($6.9) on the other hand, is a star! The fragrant is nice, yummy, and not too salty. It tastes like mum's cooking too.
The Stewed Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetable ($9.9) is flavourful. The meat is tender with just the right amount of fat layers, one could finish a whole bowl of rice with just the gravy sauce itself.
Oysters in Black Bean Sauce ($15.9) is something new to me. I never thought oyster could go so well in the rich flavour black bean sauce. Surprisingly, you could still taste the freshness of the oyster, very juicy too! Thumbs up!
To end the meal, we had the Sweet Taro Soup ($4.9). This is pretty ordinary, smooth and rich in yam/coconut flavour, but I've eaten the better one elsewhere.
