Johan Paris has such a misleading name because it is , in fact, not from Paris but from Japan. in fact i don't recall seeing any store of Johan in Europe!The most delectable dish from the bakery would be the mini canele (100g for $3.50), because croissants have been very ordinary. In fact, this cameralized dish is one of the more difficult ones to make!sweet on the outside, the canelle was a little difficult to eat because it was too hard. i would expect it to be soft but it felt like chewing a
