The first time we tried Pepper Lunch was at the basement of Ngee Ann City. We liked the sizzling sound as well as cooking fragrance from the hotplate. It has a deep impression on the beef hotplate meal though.Subsequently they opened up Pepper Lunch Express at foodcourts. The menu has less items as compare to their own shop. Prices are easier to the pocket at foodcourt. We tried the same beef tenderloin, umm....price and quantity are in parallel in some cases. The portion wasn't as big as their own shop but taste was the same. Beef was tender and juicy, taste right with salt and butter.
If you like beef, it will be a good choice for a simple lunch or dinner.
