Song fa has recently expanded their business, with a new shophouse that's opened several units down from the original. This new one now has aircon, which is great news as it relieves us from the heat of Singapore's weather.To begin with, there are 2 distinct forms of Bak Kut Teh, the black herbal ones and the clear peppery ones. I requested for the lean pig trotters and though of course they weren't 100% lean, they were still good. Fragrant, flavorful, tender that fell off the bone easily with little effort. No doubt I'll definitely return here for more.
