Bishamon is current running a very enticing promotion – 50% off all Ramen on Wednesdays! As the husband and I were craving for something soupy on a cold Wednesday evening, this promotion was too good to be missed.We both ordered their signature Original Miso Ramen (U.P. $14.20++) but was quite disappointed. The char shu was served cold (likely it was just placed as a topping without heating up) through the soup was considerably warm – a definite turn off! The noodles were still acceptable though

The noodles were still acceptable though it could have been more springy. The saving grace came from the soup base which was really thick and authentic. The husband practically spared no effort in slurping up the entire bowl.
Overall, it was a very worthy meal and considerably satisfying meal.
