It has been long since I last visited Ikea. I was somewhere near the area so I decided to have my dinner here. It was suicide once I stepped in! There were tons of people - people were all navigating area the mega Ikea store. Despite being mega in size, it was pretty difficult to find seats. We kept walking in circle to find seats.Being a renown furniture store, the place was nicely decorated with various theme.Why are so many people here then? Being a renown furniture store, the place was nicely decorated with various theme.
Why are so many people here then? IT IS THE TROLLEY - the key attraction here! Before I could took a picture of the trolley, someone took it! People come here for this unique experience - the kids love it, adult find back their childhood memory as most of the parents in their life time will bring their kids at least once to Ikea.The experience:
1) You take a trolley, insert the trays and queue.
2) Take your utensils & cups.
3) Order your food.
4) Take it and head to the cashier.
5) Make payment.
6) Head to the drink counter to press your drinks.
7) Take whatever sauce you require.
8) Go back to your seat.
9) Indulge with your food.
10) Clear your dishes to the dish area.
Very canteen style!
Food here has the quality. The must have here is the Chicken Wings - fingers licking good!If you intend to visit, avoid heading there during weekends!
