This is my first experience with Indonesian fine dining. Moluccas Room at Marina Bay Sands is famous for their Indonesian food that are well-executed using French cooking techniques. For appetizer, we had the Sate Angus and Sate Ayam. The sweet and savoury Angus beef sate is served with a peanut and sweet soy sauce, while the chicken sate is served with the creamy roasted peanut sauce. The meat are very tender and juicy. The other dishes on the mixed entrees is the egg crepes that is stuffed with lots of veggie such as beansprouts, tofu, bamboo shoots etc, and drizzled with sweet and sour chilli sauce. Very appetizing.
