Mei Heong Yuen is one of the oldest dessert place in Chinatown. My last visit was more than two years ago, and not impressed with their arragont service. Herbal jelly ($3) is served with a bottle of sugar syrup. You can pour according to your preference. The herbal taste is not overwhelmed, hence not bitter at all.
