Medz is a place where they serve a variety of food at different stalls, mainly Mediterranean food. I tried the kebab from the Turkish stall this time. I ordered the kebab that consists of the mixture of lam and beef, and served on the sizzling hotplate with tomato sauce and lots of cheese. This is the first time I had kebab this way (other than the usual way where the meat is wrapped in the Turkish bread sheet). The meat is tender, but with some part of it crisply charcoal-burned.
