One of the luxury foodcourts in Singapore, Rasapura provided huge numbers of stalls selling different varieties of food. Laksa delivered intense and a fresh spices taste, I decided to have it. Rich coconut milky broth, the soup was sweet, spicy and savory. The noodle was actually Thick Rice Vermicelli, elastic pulling and chewy biting. I took out the fork and used the most traditional way to eat, consumed with spoon only. Bowl of delicious curry-based noodles, it burst and spoilt my tastebuds every scoop. It was expensive, $6.80 for not a huge portion. Yet I knew I was paying for the environment here.
