The pancakes that are being sold at Jollibean are always so fresh and full of generous fillings. The texture of the pancake is very soft and smooth. Every mouthful, there will be fillings. This time round, I had the peanut fillings. The paste is very smooth and it has been grinded till very fine. Quite sweet but not overwhelming. It makes a good and delicious breakfast and snack. Their red bean paste version is also very nice.
