Went there for lunch with friend. One of the most important thing of Pig Organ Soup is the freshness of the organs. For all the times I ate there I smell nothing bad but the pork was not so tender and difficult to chew. The pig's stomach was too thick too. The meat ball is fresh and chewy. But what I like about this dish is the soup. It is slightly sourish and salty due to the salted vegetable and it is good.
