Poa Luo Char Siew bun at Fortunate Restaurant Hong Kong Dim Sum has been many old folks flavourite for quite a period of times already. The Char Siew meat in it are really juicy, sweet and tender. The bun is spongy and not too hard. The yellow coating on it is sweet and nice. You may fell like craving for more after your first bites.
