After visiting the in laws, my husband and I decided to buy back our dinner from yew tee point kou fu. We settled for duck rice as the aromatic smell of the soup tempted us real badly. We da bao the two people set meal. Apparently they ran out of salted vegetables and when my husband asked them if they could give us something more, the rude stall keeper said “bean sprouts!” Beansprouts is so cheap, a portion of salted vegetable could cost up to $1.50. but we still accepted it. When we got our food, I checked if there was the aromatic soup, there wasn’t. when I asked the store keeper for it, he say must pay additional amount. I simply don’t understand that when you eat a plate of simple duck rice, they will give you soup and when we paid for the more expensive set, they want to charge us for it. We were pretty much fed up with the poor service and left.

The duck was really nice, very smooth and tender. The gravy was very tasty. There were quite a lot of eggs in the set too and peanut. But the rice was kind of dry and hard. So disappointed with the service.
