It was a Sunday late morning but the place was considerably empty. It would be a good place for brunch during weekends as it would be packed at most brunch places. It was not hot that day so it was great to be seated at the airy alfresco area.Food quality was good however the pinch is its above-average-pricing indeed! Tried their Eggs Benedict, one was the Streaky Bacon Savoury Pancake ($23) while the other was the Smoked Salmon ($24). I think the former was preferred, the egg was done just the
Food quality was good however the pinch is its above-average-pricing indeed! Tried their Eggs Benedict, one was the Streaky Bacon Savoury Pancake ($23) while the other was the Smoked Salmon ($24). I think the former was preferred, the egg was done just the right way as it should be and tasted great along with the savoury pancakes. However, the latter version was just run-of-the-mill. Looking at the size of it, it was not meant to be filling surely. The only commendable aspects were that luckily the egg was done right while the smoked Salmon was fresh enough.
Tried the Chicken Roulade ($28), meat was tender enough and the gravy sauce tasted flavourful enough. Had the Pizza Rocket ($28) too, the Parma Ham was fresh but the pizza crust was too hard. Can pretty much give it a miss 
Overall, food quality was average but at a steep price. But the quiet ambience was the only plus point.
