The soup is served hot and tastes quite tangy like Yuzu Ponzu Sauce. Too bad I am not eating shabu shabu here. The noodle soaks up the flavours of the soup real well and chewy. The flavoured egg is quite flavourful on it own, but abit too salty for me.
Pan Fried Dumpling with Perilla Leaf ($6.50)Quite an interesting dumpling with the leaf wrapping around the minced meat. Somemore the leaf tastes like basil to me, which could a bit strong for some.
