I ordered a bowl of 卤鸭 (braised/stewed duck) noodles to try. There's a stall also selling similar items just 2 doors away, but I decided on trying from here since the ducks on display looked better.The soup that came with the noodles had a hint of herbs. Even though it was very dark, thankfully it was not overly salty.On the other hand, I was surprised that the flavoring of the nondescript yellow noodles was actually very tasty. On the other hand, I was surprised that the flavoring of the nondescript yellow noodles was actually very tasty. The stewed duck was tender and quite nice too. Generally worth a try if you like to eat braised duck.
