I settled my dinner near my office in orchard as I had to do over time. My colleague and I went Orchard Concorde Hotel And Shopping Mall (Juz Food Court) to have the Slice Fish Bee Hoon. It is usually crowded during peak periods, and we waited 10mins for our order. The slice fish is tender and fresh. You could also choose to add milk to the soup, but you need to top up 20 cents.
