Since the last time I have tried this stall was more than half a year ago. As usual, there is still quite a long queue outside this stall. I waited for around ten minutes before my turn. The soup base is still very nice, light and with natural sweetness from the ingredients used to boil it. The sliced fish is very soft and fresh. THe thick bee hoon is also smooth and chewy.

This sliced fish soup rice noodles is definitely one of the healthier dish when you comes to having a better diet in this foodcourt. It is always so crowded that you will usually need to take at least fifteen to twenty minutes to reach your turn before you can order your food. Love to eat their sliced fish thick bee hoon as their sliced fish is usually quite big and thick is size. It is really fresh and there are no stingy smell on it. Really love the fish soup here, it’s so fragrant and nice and just soothing. add 20cents for milk. Only drawback is the mile long queue so will suggest visiting either before or after lunch but definitely visiting it. Service was brisk and efficient. I'm impressed with the uncle who has an elephant memory and lighting fast mental math abilities. I like the food court that served brown rice; however, I need to top up 0.50.

I settled my dinner near my office in orchard as I had to do over time. My colleague and I went Orchard Concorde Hotel And Shopping Mall (Juz Food Court) to have the Slice Fish Bee Hoon. It is usually crowded during peak periods, and we waited 10mins for our order. The slice fish is tender and fresh. You could also choose to add milk to the soup, but you need to top up 20 cents. Will come back again.

This stall sells their signature deep fried and sliced fish soup which has been quite popular at Orchard area for quite a few years already. Long queue can always been seen during lunch and dinner hours at their stall. However as they are quite systematic when preparation the food, it does not take too long to order your food. Try it, is a good buy! Yummy! My verdict: 7.5/10
