Given my friends' recommendations on eating ala carte, I tried on their fried pig trotters which was one of my friend's favourite dish here. The meat was really tender but...somehow, it just didn't click with me. The meat is a little too wet to my liking and the skin was not that crispy. Without the plum sauce, I would have struggled to finish the pork trotters.
