Swensen's (已結業)

The mushroom and salmon rice looks delicious on their menu's picture as well as the actual plate but the salmon they use is not fresh but rather it think it's smoke salmon (hope i'm right) as it's very salty.Rice is okay with sauce and cheese grilled but the thin slices of shitake mushrooms are tasteless and the salmon too much salty.Overall, i would not order this dish again whenever i go Swensen.Restaurant was crowded and service quite fast even billing we dont have to wait too long.
