After a day of activities at the RWS, we decide to stop at Din Tai Fung for a light bite. Although it looks similar to the usual Xiao long bao, it tastes drier than the usual original ones. There is a lack of soup in some of the Xiao long bao. Maybe the shrimp meat is unable to absorb the soup.

Black Sesame Buns ($3.60++/ 3pcs)
Similar to the small sized lotus paste pau, it tastes soft and smooth.

Overall there is hits and misses in the new menu. Still have room for improvement.
