Chang Cheng Chinese Mixed Vegetable Rice

This is one of my favourite dish when purchasing the mixed vegetable rice from this Chang Cheng outlet. The vegetable is very crunchy and with the natural sweetness in it. The thinly sliced lean pork meats are also very tender and easy to chew. The combination of these two items certainly are very tasty and appetitizing. Without other dishes, this dish is really good enough to have it with the plain rice and is satisfying! The portion served here is also quite generous too!
