A rather well-known Japanese style cake shop at Takashimaya.Very delicious display of cakes on the shelf.Waguri Millefeuille 和栗ミルフィーユ ($6.95/ slice)Delicate strands of French chestnut cream carefully piped over a sandwich of crisp, flaky puff pastry and pastry cream, topped with sweetened Japanese chestnuts.Looks very beautiful, but tastes too sweet for me because of the candid chestnut.
