The watercress soup here is good! I like the fact that there is quite a lot of vegetables inside instead of a lot of pork cos the pork makes the soup too oily. The best part is that the watercress has already softened to a large extent such that when you put it in your mouth, it disintegrates immediately. Fantastic! Definitely a must try if you like watercress soup.
