I first tried Baumkuchen's cake in the 1990s when my Japanese friend bought me a box from Japan.Since then,a box of Baumkuchen's cake is always my request as a souvenir from my many Japanese friends coming to Singapore.And when it opened in Toa Payoh ,i was very excited and went hunting specially for this shop.Had the green tea cake and was disapponted that it was not as soft as the version my friends bought from Japan,in fact it tasted dry and sweet to me.Maybe it is the process in making the c

Had the green tea cake and was disapponted that it was not as soft as the version my friends bought from Japan,in fact it tasted dry and sweet to me.Maybe it is the process in making the cake as i could see hugh rolls are being exposed to air when i went to this outlet for the first time just like they are trying to dry the rolls of cake!
