Ding Tai Fung has also been a place that i would always patronise~ The xiao long bao really makes me drool and the xiao long bao at this outlet is nice as usual. 葱香鸭卷 ( New on the Menu) and Fragrant Pork with Crushed Garlic 蒜泥白肉. The sliced duck is really nice and crispy and the fragrant pork is also pretty good. The fragrant pork is actually a cold dish and the pork is served with cucumber wrapped in it. The sauce is really unique and flavorful, i am a little hesitant to order when i saw that it was served with crushed garlic but the garlic in this dish is not overpowering and blends well with the sauce. Yummy Dinner tonight! 100% Satisfaction
