We had our Peng Cai on 26 January 2016.  It was delicous and came in a big claypot for 6 pax.It has baby abalones, sea cucumbers, dried scallops, braised pork belly, chicken, duck, yam, white carrot, dried beancurd, chinese cabbage, ngoh xiang ball.  All are well cooked, tender, springy, and the gravy tastes fantastic.…查看更多

We went for a food trail to Praelum.  The Salmon-En-Croute is my favourite dish.The salmon loin is wrapped in a thin puff pastry and baked to the right temperature. It tastes yummy with salmon soft inside and puff crispy.  The salmon loin was well seasoned and served with wholegrain mustard.…查看更多

Salmon Yu Sheng - Small $38 & Large $68 Besides the usual pickles and other ingredients such as fresh licensed Salmon in the Yu Sheng, my favourite jelly fish and garlic bits were added. The sauce was yummy and has the taste and fragrant of lemon-grass which was the first time such a taste in Yu Sheng. As usual, oil, fish sauce, lime, nuts, plum sauce, pepper and cinnamon powder etc were added.Roasted Crispy Chicken - $40 for whole big chickenThe chicken is roasted with crispy skin and minimum oil left on the skin and topped with garlic bits. 1) We tried the crispy fried half chicken with the compliment of two flavours, namely the garlic and spicy sauce. The chicken came with very crispy coated flour, the chicken meat was juicy and tender inside. The sauce was great too. Yummy!!! S$17.002) We also ordered the crispy coated with flour mushroom slices. I ordered the sauteed pork ribs in sweet sauce ($12.80), it has a thin layer of crispy flour and top garnish with sweet sauce.  It was crispy on the outside and tender pork on the inside.  Yummy!!I also ordered fresh pork filling xiao long bao ($6.80) which I can't finish and bought home.  Even when it is cold, it tastes yummy!My total bill $24.50 including GST and service charges.…查看更多

I like this place because of the serene environment for dinner where we can start our dinner in a relax way from 6.30am to 11pm. The food has a wide variety spread. It ranges from Japanese corner, Indian corner, Asia corner, Seafood corner, Pastries and dessert corner. I love the fresh sashimi, fresh oysters, scallps, big-headed prawns and other shells seafood in steamed or fried form.
