Everything is fine till the food came and we started eating. The fried salmon skin we had was nowhere near crispy & it was just cold, like it has been left there for a few hours. The ingredients in the California handroll was soggy&miserable especially the cucumber.The salmon sashimi was soft & the ebi sashimi was literally mushy/soggy, definitely not something I'd call fresh. Overall, i think the standard of food is not really good. I didn't have much, not worth the price I paid for the buffet.
