I love Yakitori and Tori Q’s where I go to have them. There’s chicken, pork with asparagus, unagi, chicken balls…ad all marinated and grilled to perfection! Their Bento sets are pretty worth it and consists of a few sticks (at least 4) of Yakitori, rice which is drizzled with a delicious soy sauce and some pickles. There was a long queue and I had to join their queue as the display of making of their food attracted me there (once again). Worth queuing as it did not took very long and it is served hot. Costing from $1.10 to $2.20 per stick. **The staffs would cut off burnt meat too!Pork has chewy feeling, Chicken balls were huge and juicy, One of the must try's is Pork With Asparagus! Crunchy and juicy. - A perfect combination!On top of all, the teriyaki sauce perfected everything!

If I went Takashimaya during lunch time, I would buy Tori-Q for lunch, although there will always be a long queue. I love their meat balls, which are juicy and tender. I realized that they introduce a new item - pork sausage. The sausage was ok, but quite expensive at $1.50 each.

There is always a queue at Taka’s tori-q outlet but I am craving for its chicken balls, so I decided to join in the queue. There are many other different skewers like pork, chicken wing and even chicken skin, but I usually get the chicken balls, as I like the chicken balls for its texture and flavour. Each chicken ball skewer costs $1.40 and comes with three balls. The chicken balls are especially juicy and tangy. Together with the Yaki Tori sauce, it is really very tasty.

An awesome meal from Japan! I love their chicken balls most.l They are so soft and tasty! You can choose to buy by set A, B, C or just choose the sticks of meat which ever you prefer to have with or without rice. The rice will come with seaweed and a sour vegetable which has purple colour.With a price of 4.80, its so perfect to be true! ITS NOT JUST NICE BUT AWESOME ) TRY IF YOU HAVE NOT!

Great in taste! worth the queuing and worth the price. Well marinated. An all time favourite for both kids and adults. Goes well with rice or just on its own. For $1+ per stick, i guess it’s affordable Only flaw is that it’s a little messy when consuming. the stick part is covered with the sauce as well so it gets the hands sticky. But it’s worth it!

This stall serve Japanese grill food sticks. There is a wide selection of grill food stick for you to choose. I will normally order the chicken stick as well as the chicken ball stick. The chicken stick is nicely grilled and is tender and juicy. The chicken ball was not too hard but the added BBQ sauce goes very well with chicken balls.

Each stick is for $1.40. A little pricey but i am still willingly paying for it as i enjoy this little snack. The black pepper was a little overwhelmed other than that, it was quite good. And 1 stick is never enough; i will need at least 2 sticks to satisfy my greediness. This is one of those snacks to go in between meals. It is pretty light to occupy the stomach and still leaving enough space for lunch or dinner later.

another fancinating food store at taka basement. the aroma from the freshly grilled meat is so nice that it always tempt me to stop over and buy some yakitori to snack on. i am always very mesmorise by the sequential movement of the yakitori caused by the automated grilling machine, it just look so cute. although the yakitori set looks abit expensive and like not much stuff, it's actually quite filling. the combination of the sauce with rice is great too!!!

I love to order this 2 items whenever there is a Tori Q in the mall. The queue is always long at the Takashimaya branch. But the services are really fast , so I do not have to wait for too long before it was my turn. I like the chicken on the stick as some part of it have the ' charred' taste and yet the meat is tender and juciy. Same goes for the chicken balls , the meat were well marinated and juicy. Simply delicious.
