This teochew porridge place is within 5-10mins walk from Kovan mrt station. I've tried alishan teochew porridge which is located near Heng Long, and both are comparable, although alishan has better fish. Avoid the mini squid, and go for the bigger sliced ones, as the mini squid is tasteless and hard to swallow. The otah was alright. The fish was fresh as well, and the gravy a little spicy and sour. Silver fish was too salty.

This teochew porridge stall is located along upper serangoon road and check out the amount of food we can choose from.These are some of our favourite food that we will usually order when we dine here.Salted veg, they are simmered till soft and has a little salty and sour taste, great with plain porridgeStingray with chilli, this stingray dish is nice, there is a little salted beans taste and thou its fry with chiili, it is not very spicy and it surprisingly goes well with my plain porridge.Chicken feet, nice and it is cook till soft and has absorb the black sauce.Big intestine, like the chicken feet, it is soft and has absorb the black sauce.Steam egg, the steam egg is smooth and soft. Nice, even my kids love it.Fried cabbage, nothing much to rave about.Chili lala, the chilli gravy is nice.Steam meatball, my hubby's favourite dish. The minced pork is well marinated and is juicy and is nice.
