The bad thing about meat floss is that they all look the same, brown and more brown. Therefore, it is a little difficult to differentiate. The fish floss is good. However, it is not as fragrant as the pork floss or the chicken floss. I like the fish floss because it has very good texture. The chicken floss with seaweed and sesame is good too. However, I do not really like sesame so I wouldn’t really buy it. The good thing is the seaweed. It adds a little something to the floss.

I usually do not eat bakkwa. I do not really like to eat Bee Cheng Hiang’s bakkwa because I think that there are a lot of fats. I do not like the parts that are a little too soft and squishy. I also don’t like the pork smell. However, I like the sauce covering the outer layer of the bakkwa. I like to eat it with Gardenia white bread. I also like the blend the bakkwa into small pieces and then eat it with porridge.
